Great service dept!! Our battery box fell out and our battery was dragging on I75 just before the Clio exit on Memorial weekend 2019. They had both the box and battery and installed it, in and out 45 minutes and back on the road. Thanks to everyone there that helped us!! - Liz
Just left Ttadewinds, staff there was amazing from the Service Manager Amber who took care of us from the first phone call, to the entire time there, Ernie who fixed all of our problems, Sarah and the front receptionist who was so nice to give me a mini tour while we waited. They didn’t have what I was looking for (car ramps for a trailer), but two people took the time to help me find what I needed. Between phone calls and internet searches they really came through for me. If that’s the level of service they give to someone who’s NOT buying from them I can only imagine the service they provide for their customers.

The fiancé and I wanted to trade in our 95 Palomino pop up and were looking for a gently used trailer to trade up to. Kristopher was absolutely wonderful when we came in to look at one that just came in that they posted online. The transition was flawless. We decided that day that we were going to trade in for a 2014 Jayco jayfeather x17z that was almost brand new inside. Kris pulled all the numbers we needed to make a decision on the spot. Super easy.
Went in to look at it on a Tuesday, and brought the old pop up in for its last ride on the following Monday. Signed some papers and transferred the titles with Chad who made everything amazingly easy. Hooked up and gone within an hour.
We looked at the “new” camper and it had a small hole in the door that was repaired and made to look like it never was there when we came to pick it up. Everyone at Tradewinds was fast, efficient, and didn’t try to sell us something that we didn’t need. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone and we will be using them in the future. - Kate

We bought our Jayco 24rbs through Tradewinds Rv in February. It came in a few weeks ago and just took our maiden voyage-2weeks out west. We love our trailer-layout is perfect for us. Employees were very nice, spending plenty of time to answer our questions when we picked it up. And I had a list! We had an issue with the interior lights not working and battery not charging while we were on our first trip. They were able to get us in for service right away upon our return and fixed while we waited. Thanks-We are a happy camping family! - Theresa

They are great and responded to all of my questions quickly, they did their job but didn’t try to force the salesman bit on me. They have a fantastic selection and customization options on request. Karin was a joy to talk to and really gave me a good idea of what I wanted, requirements for purchase, monthly payments, add on prices, etc. I would highly recommend Tradewinds to anyone interested in RV’s, Fifth wheels, Travel Trailers or even those who just need something small for something as simple as a over night hunting trip.
